Return Policies:
1. Shipped products must be returned UNDAMAGED.
2. Most product returns must be received within the first 10 days of your purchase unless noted otherwise.
3. Defective product may only be exchanged for the same product within 10 days of purchase.
4. Returns will only be accepted with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number given by a customer support representative. Packages sent back without an RMA number will not be processed and credit will not be issued.
5. After receiving your RMA, products must be received within 10 working days for credit to be issued.
6.All returns are subject to approval by our returns department, and will include a 5% restocking fee.
7.After submitting your request for a return, you will receive a response from Kelly Productions within 3 working days. You will receive an RMA number and the shipping address
