Our Mission
We are aware that each recovery medallion and gift has great meaning to recovering people and their families.. Therefore we do everything possible to ship each order as soon as we receive it. We do, however, run out of stock occasionally and some items are special order, such as engraving. Moreover, on any given day we may receive several orders for the same item and must reorder from the factory which usually takes a couple of days to receive and ship.
